Adam joined the staff team back in June 2016 after being a member in the club for the 3 years prior to coming on board.  Adam gained 10 years Leisure Management experience whilst working for Virgin Active and Bannatyne Fitness Ltd. Adam comes from an operations background and loves to get involved in all aspects of the club. In his spare time Adam enjoys cycling, fishing and spending time with his young family.

John has worked at Westwoods since Aug 2003 and in this time has progressed from Duty Manager to Operations Manager. Within this role, John works closely with all Department heads to ensure each Department is maintaining and improving its service. Having studied and worked in London for 5 years John has also worked for Clubs such as Virgin, Cannons and Bannatynes.
Away from the Club, John is a keen golfer and footballer and is always running and cycling in events around the country.

Colin returned to Westwoods in October 2011 after six years away. He initially joined the team when the club opened in 2002, working as a Lifeguard, Fitness Instructor and Relief Duty Manager, before moving back to Hong Kong (where he was born) in 2005. During his spell in Asia he was employed as Sport and Recreation Manager at the prestigious private members club, Hong Kong Football Club. He then had a spell as National Squads Co-ordinator and Hong Kong Sevens Team Manager at the HKRFU, taking Hong Kong to the Rugby World Cup Sevens in Dubai in 2009. He then moved back to Scotland as Team Operations Manager for the Scotland U20 Rugby Squad. Away from the club Colin still has a keen interest in rugby (but takes part in the social side more than taking to the field these days)!!! He is currently studying for a qualification in Business Management with Marketing.

Ross has been a member of the staff team since 2002 and has held a verity of positions as he progressed with his own CPD.  Ross is a qualified lifeguard, receptionist, fitness instructor and latterly a releif duty manager and since September 2014, stepped up to the position of Duty Manager on a full-time basis.  Away from the Club Ross enjoys playing and watching football and is working very hard at bringing his golf handicap down!

Elaine is responsible for all membership activity in the Club which includes looking after current members as well as recruiting new ones. This role means she ensures that our Gold and Silver Members are rewarded for their loyalty, organises and runs events and along with Jenni Clark our Membership Administrator, she will sort out any queries or concerns you have with your membership.  Elaine joined the Westwoods team in June 2014 having previously worked for Virgin Active Health Club for 10 years and brings a wealth of membership experience with her. During her time at Virgin Active, she gained experience from working on reception, sales and member retention and worked across 3 clubs.  In her spare time, Elaine is keen on trying out all types of fitness classes and using the gym to keep active.
